Are We Going Where I Think We’re Going?

So Sadie and I got in the car yesterday and started driving like we do every day. For the first five minutes or so she was perfectly calm and content. When we got on the highway she started getting nervous. Then we switched to a different highway and she started getting really nervous, like shaking and panting and moving around restlessly. Somehow Sadie could tell that one specific highway is bad news. I understand why she feels that way, because the only time we are on that particular highway we are headed to the vet or the groomer. Sadie the Slipper Stealer

Another form of mischief Sadie enjoys is slipper stealing. She loves to sneak around and take one from the floor and then prance off with her prize. If you’re not careful Sadie even tries to steal a slipper right off your foot when you’re sitting on the couch or a chair. Once she gets a slipper she runs around the house with it, trying to get you to chase her. If no one chases her, Sadie will shake the slipper a few times to make sure it won’t give her any trouble, then she will lie down and fall asleep curled up around her prize. Continue reading →

After much research it seems to me that there are many benefits to a self-hosted blog and that I should make the switch sooner, rather than later. So wish me luck, we are making the switch tonight.
