This is about as close as Sadie will to get any water, aside from the bathtub (where she doesn’t have a choice) and her kiddie pool (which is awesome and you should check it out here<\/a>). I know lots of dogs enjoy playing in the ocean and in little streams that we see sometimes in parks, but Sadie won’t go near any of it. Although I feel bad that Sadie might be missing out on some fun, if I’m being honest I’m actually happy she doesn’t want to jump right in. Not only do I get to avoid all the hassle of a muddy, wet dog, but I also hate the water and don’t swim very well, so I’m glad I won’t ever have to jump in to chase after her.
