Gnome Sweet Gnome

I’ve always loved the traditional garden gnome. As a toddler, I used to watch a cartoon starring a gnome, and ever since I’ve loved the little guys. Now I’m not one to go crazy collecting gnomes – there are only one or two on my lawn. (You may recall some photos I took of Sadie that were photobombed by my zombie garden gnome.) But when I saw the gnome in these photos, I knew she had to come home with me. When Sadie the Gnome is around, my house is definitely Gnome, Sweet Gnome.

Taco Tuesday

When I told Sadie we were having Taco Tuesday this week, her mouth started watering at the thought of some yummy beef and cheese. Unfortunately for Sadie, that was not the type of taco I had in mind. But Sadie was a good sport about it, and we had an enjoyable Taco Tuesday playing catch while Sadie wore her taco costume.

Tomorrow is International Bacon Day!

Gotta love those made up holidays all about tasty treats! Too bad we just ran out of bacon last night in my house. At least we can celebrate with some bacon themed clothing and accessories!
