Since Red Nose Day is all about comedy, I thought it would be appropriate to share some blooper photos with Sadie and her red nose. It is definitely not easy to make the red nose stay on a dog, no matter how cooperative your pooch may be.

For this month’s Pet Blogger Blooper Round Up I’m sharing some photos I took of Sadie in front of a picturesque lily pond. It definitely takes quite a few more attempts to get a great photo of Sadie when we’re out in nature, but it was especially difficult at this lily pond. Although we were a perfectly safe distance away, Sadie had to face towards the road in order for me to get my photos. For some reason, when Sadie sees cars passing by she absolutely must watch every single one until it is out of sight. I’m thankful she doesn’t try to chase the cars like some dogs enjoy, but following each one with her head makes taking a good photo rather difficult.

For this month’s Pet Blogger Bloopers Round-Up I thought I’d share some bloopers of Sadie’s smile. Sadie was like a little kid during this particular photo shoot. She was in a happy, smiling mood when I decided to begin the photo shoot. But as soon as I pointed the camera at her, Sadie refused to smile. If I put the camera down, Sadie smiled. If I picked the camera back up, Sadie stopped smiling. Then I started asking Sadie nicely to smile for the camera and instead I got funny faces. When I said “please smile”, she stuck her tongue out at me!

Today for the Pet Blogger Blooper‘s Round-Up I’m sharing two blooper photos from our Bowl Ball photo shoot. One of Sadie’s favorite games, which she invented herself, I like to call Bowl Ball. Basically she places her ball into a large, plastic punch bowl and then has to paw and push and head butt the bowl until it tips enough for her ball to roll back out. (You can read about the invention of Bowl Ball and see a video of Bowl Ball in action in this previous post.) Since this game involves quite a bit of movement and action on Sadie’s part, it was tough for me to get clear photos where Sadie is actually facing the camera. Naturally this resulted in many blooper photos, so I picked my favorite two to share with you today.

For this month’s Pet Blogger Bloopers Round-Up I’m sharing some winter related bloopers. It’s tough getting good photos in the snow. Sadie acts more distracted than usual when there is white stuff on the ground and I can’t exactly put the camera down to get Sadie into the right position. And don’t get me started on the cold and damp. I usually end up with more bloopers than good photos. But every time it snows I still want to go back out there to capture Sadie frolicking and having a good time.
