In honor of Valentine’s Day tomorrow, this week’s 52 Snapshots of Life theme is love. The topic of love always makes me think about the unconditional love that a dog share with his or her owner. There’s always the traditional cuddling and doggie kisses and faithfulness that dog’s use to express their love for their owners. But I think a perfect example of Sadie’s unconditional love for me is in these photos – Sadie is willing to wear a frilly dress and sit still while I take dozens of photos, all with a smile on her face. If that doesn’t show how much she loves me, I don’t know what does.

That is some serious cuteness!
Sadie is so beautiful and I love her smile! I feel the same way about Mommy. I show her my love my smiling and sitting pretty for tons of photos all the time. She is always taking photos of me. We know that you take so many photos because you love us so much too!
Happy Valentine’s Day!!

Adorable photos. And you are so right: If our dogs’ willingness to put up with our constant staging and photo taking isn’t love, then what is?
